Join a leading Civil and Structural Engineering firm in the Caribbean as a Senior Manager with a likely path to Partnership. Drive high-impact infrastructure projects, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and shape the future of our business across the Caribbean.
About the Role
This position blends progressive team leadership, client relationship management, and strategic business development. You will:
Lead end-to-end delivery of major civil and structural engineering projects.
Cultivate and expand key client partnerships across public and private sectors.
Oversee project teams, ensuring excellence in design, quality control, and timely delivery.
Collaborate with the existing Partner to define practice area growth strategies and explore desired diversification of service offerings.
Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through coaching, Talent Development reviews, and on and off the job knowledge and skills development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multi-disciplinary teams on projects ranging from commercial high-rises to coastal and other infrastructure.
Develop and present technical proposals, budgets, and risk assessments to clients and stakeholders.
Drive business development efforts: lead presentations, nurture prospects, and negotiate contracts.
Ensure compliance with regional codes, international standards, and sustainability best practices.
Monitor project financials, resource allocation, and profitability metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Minimum of 10 years of progressive consulting experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role?
Proven track record of leading people and projects.
Strong professionalism and sound communications skills.
Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
Exceptional client-facing skills with the confidence to engage C-suite and government entities.
Registered Professional Engineer (or equivalent) in one or more Caribbean jurisdictions.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing engineering talent.
